For prices relating to the rental of the structure, contact us directly. We remind you that according to the periods it is possible to book:
- Ground floor 1 room available for a total of 4 beds with bathroom and shower on the floor
- First floor 3 bedrooms available for a total of 8 beds with bathrooms and showers on the floor
- Second floor available 2 bedrooms for a total of 8 beds with private bathrooms for each room.
CONDITIONS GENERAL
1. Prices
- All prices indicated include VAT.
- Prices do not include the city tax of € 0.50 per night per person.
- Discounts and concessions cannot be combined.
2. Terms of payment
- The expected payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
3. Booking procedure
- The reservation is binding after written confirmation from us.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the total cost of the booked period will be charged.
- The reservation must be confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total cost. There is no refund of the deposit.
4. Cancellation.
- For cancellations communicated 07 days before arrival there is no penalty.
- For cancellations received less than 07 days before arrival - for any cause, none excluded, the total payment of the stay is required.
- Deposits paid are not refunded.
- In case of COVID restrictions such as lock down or red zones, reservations can be canceled at any time. Any deposits will be credited for 12 months for another stay.
5. Arrival and departure
- On the day of arrival, the room is available from 3.00 pm.
- On the day of departure it is required to vacate the room by 10.00.
5. Disclaimer
The tourist accommodation service is only liable for direct damages resulting to the customer due to the failure of the tourist accommodation service to fulfill the obligations relating to its activity. In any case, the tourist accommodation service responds to the maximum amount of the total booking price, to which the civil liability refers.
6. Other
These General Terms and Conditions and the provision of our services are subject to Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with it. The Court of Aosta (Italy) is exclusively competent for all disputes resulting from or related to these General Terms and Conditions. If one of the conditions of this contract is or becomes null, this does not affect the validity of all the other conditions valid for the contracting parties.
