Other Sports in the Aosta Valley

The lower Aosta Valley is not just walking, cycling, culture or food and wine… Among the most popular summer activities we also find the Rafting along the Dora, an activity to do with the whole family!

For the more daring, always talking about water sports, the descent of streams, or the Canyoning, it is a refreshing and very fun activity. Obviously always accompanied by expert guides!

In summer, in the beautiful Gressoney Valley in the small town of Fontainemore, the adventure Park dedicated to children aged 3 years and older and obviously to the older ones, with 40 different suspended activities, 5 courses, with 45 games / activities, at different heights and difficulties. IS’ there is also an "adventure village" dedicated to children aged 3 to 6.

The lakes and streams of the Aosta Valley are oases of pure relaxation, dominated by exciting natural landscapes, the perfect place for lovers of Sport fishing. If you do not practice this sport in private places, such as ponds or reserves, ask the Tourist Office in advance for any permits issued by the competent body.
